ELECTION OF THE BOARD MEMBERS AND THE CHAIRMEN OF ATRIA GROUP PLC

The organization meeting of the Supervisory Board of Atria Group plc, held after 
the Annual General Meeting, decided to re-elect the members of the Board of 
Directors Timo Komulainen, Runar Lillandt and Erkki Roivas. 

The Board of Directors of Atria Group plc is as follows; the Chairman of the 
Board of Directors is Reino Penttilä, the Vice Chairman of the Board of 
Directors is Timo Komulainen and the Board members are Tuomo Heikkilä, Runar 
Lillandt, Seppo Paatelainen, Erkki Roivas and Ilkka Yliluoma.

The Chairman of the Supervisory Board and the Chairman of the Board of Directors 
Ahti-Pekka Vornanen and Reino Penttilä were re-elected.
