Atria managers and their closely associated persons referred to in the Market Abuse Regulation ((EU) No 596/2014) are requested to follow the below instructions for notifying transactions as of 3 July 2016 (updated 23.12.2022):
According to MAR such notifications shall be made to Atria and the FIN-FSA promptly and no later than three (3) business days after the date of the transaction. Atria however recommends that an informal notice is given to Atria (insiders@atria.com) on the date of the transaction and that the actual notification is made to Atria at the latest within two (2) business days after the date of the transaction.

- Please fill in and sent the transaction form to the Financial Supervisory Board through Fivalle e-services: Etusivu (kirjautumaton) (finanssivalvonta.fi) and an electronic copy of the notification must always be submitted to the company's insider administration by e-mail: insiders@atria.com.
