Atria is a growing, international food industry company based in Finland that operates across the entire food chain – all the way from the field to the table. Atria has around 2,300 highly competent employees in Finland, 1000 in Scandinavia, 860 in Russia and 280 in the Baltic countries.

All of our employees share the Atria Way of Work, which was defined by the employees themselves. It is the guiding principle of our day-to-day work.

Introduced in 2017, the Atria Way of Leading programme for supervisors ensures consistent ways of working and a common understanding of supervisory work. 

Atria significantly invests in employees' well-being, beginning on their first day of employment - and it show: our employees in Finland retire more than two years later than Finns on average.
