According to the survey of summer employees in 2016, Atria knows how to take good care of its summer workers. The overall score was high, and the development needs were not surprising. Atria was particularly praised for a strong team spirit, effective leadership and smoothly running processes. Development needs included ergonomics, an aspect to which Atria is paying special attention.
“The supervisors are nice and listen to what the employee has to say. And the colleagues are amazing: the laid-back atmosphere and good rapport make the work pleasant and meaningful,” said one of the respondents.
Nearly 90% of the summer employees were of the opinion that the recruitment process had worked well. Nearly all (99.3%) were willing to recommend Atria as an employer, and practically all of them (99.5%) would like to return to the company.
