Atria International Trainee Program is an amazing possibility for young professionals to join the world of sustainable food and business.
We are looking for candidates with positive and flexible mindset. You are eager to develop and make a difference in this world. You have a can-do-attitude and are good at taking initiative. Good communication and team-working skills are essential.
This trainee program is one of a kind: International and Atria Group wide.
We offer you a chance to experience all five Atria’s business areas. During the 1,5-year trainee program you’ll spend some time in all Atria’s main business areas – Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Estonia and Russia. You’ll work in sales and marketing. Your future role in Atria will be determined through individual paths based on your profile and local business unit´s needs.
Atria International Trainee Program is done in cooperation with Aalto University Executive Education, which is one of the top universities in Europe.
