Atria's Finnish grass-fed rib eye has been selected as the world's best steak in the World Steak Challenge competition in Dublin. Atria's Danish partner JN Meat International participated in the competition with Atria's beef products and won the title of the world's best steak for the second time in a row. JN Meat's ayrshire grass fed beef won the first prize as the best Rib Eye (entrecote steak) and Grass Fed (grass-fed) in addition to the overall competition.
"We are really proud of this award, high quality and good-tasting beef is a special passion for us," says John Sashi-Nielsen, founder and owner of JN Meat International.
The jury of the competition had evaluated the taste of the winning steak and the composition of fat as perfection. The level of competition was historically tough, but Finnish beef was clearly the number one in the competition.

We deliver high-quality Finnish beef to JN Meat International in Denmark twice a week and they chose the best pieces for the competition.
