Agent: Sales Manager (m/w/x)

We are already successful in the German retail market, and we are looking for a new colleague primarily to ensure the satisfaction of existing customers and to increase our sales in Germany.

Your Job description

  • Existing customer Account Management and Development.
  • Long term client relationship building and winning new customers.
  • Helping Atria's campaigning on the German market.
  • As an independent agent, you are part of Atria's sales organization.

Your profile

  • You have experience in sales work, new client search and customer relationship building with German retail.
  • You know the meat business, how to handle it, and you act as project manager to client’s direction.
  • You communicate with Atria Export Sales and Marketing.
  • You work well both independently and in a team.
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset, and you are results oriented, you seize opportunities, and you have ability to identify risks.
  • You can prioritize and get things done and you have positive problem solver attitude.
    You are familiar with basic programs like Excel, PowerPoint and Teams and open to learn and use new programs like CRM.
  • You speak fluent German, and you can communicate with us in Finland in English language. And of course, other language knowhow is seen as advantage.

Our preferred location: Northern Germany.
